After operating Wright Property Management in 2004, managing 100+ homes, Candice started Niguel Point Properties in 2006 now with over 65 residential managed investment properties. Candice received a BA in Speech Communication and with a Marketing emphasis from Cal Poly State San Luis Obispo in 1997. She worked in software system sales for GE Security traveling domestically and internationally to top security locations for government and retail organizations.
